RE:whats up with IR Last year it appeared they had a reasonable/realistic plan in place (from their corporate presentation in June 2013):

•Ecuador Block 20 Partner – Q2/Q3 2013
•Tamarack Partner – Q4 2013
•Potential divestiture of Nyalga – Q2/Q3 2013

A few months ago I asked them about these points and why no progress at all  (with the exception of Tamarack which has run into some red tape with 3-D seismic issues), but like you I have had no response--Since the Board/Management own about 20% of the shares they might feel they are accountable to no one.
