RE:RE:RE:bobvee

RE:RE:RE:bobveeGD, "Why still in the $0.10's???". Several answers have been given to that question in recent posts. The bottom line is you either believe what's been posted or you don't. At least someone else (goldencrane) is now giving you the same story that I have been. That doesn't necessarily mean either of us are correct but from my perspective only it's nice to hear what he/she has to say as it jives with what I hear and know. GD, you yourself have stated the market is irrational and the fact is the market CAN BE WRONG but eventually it does come around and reflect rational valuations as I believe it will with AGG. 2008/2009 was perhaps the best example of irrational markets in my life. I bought a ton of AGG in the 5 - 15 cent range and pieced 70% of it out between 30 cents and a $1 but always held a core. Even Canadian bank stocks were on sale at that time for 55 - 60 cents on the dollar time and I made money on the trade. Being contrary to the market takes ballz but if you get the FUNDAMENTALS right, in other words if there is underlying substance to a play but the play is out of favour with market, that is where you can achieve your greatest gains. With AGG currently, and in my opinion only, I'm basically buying $1+ for 12 cents at present. Time will tell if I have it right but there are far greater investors than I that go have made fortunes going contrary to the market, Warren Buffet being one of them. BTW, I'm not alone in my thinking. Goldencrane aside, there is that core group that controls 40% - 50% of the float. FWIW, I do believe there is one significant seller out there and that's Sprott (who controlled 12% of AGG at one time) that's been largely responsible for whacking the SP down. They've had a change in management with John Embry stepping down and are re-prioritizing where they want to be in the precious metals market. That's their prerogative and they probably don't have a lot of paper left. When that selling dries up I think AGG will bounce back up over 30 cents pretty quickly. GLTA
