I would like to see a strong close...buying into the asks. The good thing is that we are holding on to yesterday's gains. As much as I would like to see this go straight up, it needs to have these ups and downs...as long as on average we head up in the long term.

FACT: Microbix market cap = $30 Million CAD. Novartis = $218,000 Million US ($2.18 Billion).

Possibilities related to the recent lawsuit:

Settlement with Novartis for past infringement and a licencing deal attached to it.
OR
A buyout of Microbix's flu patents and management's declaration of a payout to shareholders.
