Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. Muted ResponseIs this not what everyone has been waiting for and what has been driving much of the speculation for NCU. Now there is news the Land BIll may be moving but only 4500 shares (rockks shares apparently ha)  Has something fundamentally changed that I am missing?

Also that newspaper article posted below makes it sound like the Land Bill which affects one town or county at most in Nevada is tied to a national business tax policy? Is that weird....
