[1] ..I don't know that you can trade this security at all, anywhere.
[2] ,,At $0.006 (six tenths of ONE CENT) per share, wouldn't you rather wait and see if anything comes of the ongoing proceedings ?
[3] ..I hereby offer to buy all your shares at one half the going rate (I will buy all your shares at a rate of $0.0003 per share up to ten million shares).
