A steal for Transforce

A steal for TransforceIMHO Transforce is getting a real good real. TFI is up 7.5% while CSS is up only 3.3%. Very unusual that an acquirer is going up more than an acquiree. I am surprised that the CSS board is so quick to endorse the offer. I wonder what the institutional owners (85%) have to say.
