Based on your analysis I am forced to conclude that IMO BGM will in BC provincial court during the month of September (this year BBoS) to seek protection from creditors. Either that ore they will have worked out a settlement with their creditors and reorganized.
 

Best case IMO is a 10 to 1 share rollback and then an attempt to raise cash...but Frank was the ace in the hole for raising cash. What will the new guy be able to do? Wil they be able to find someone who can raise $5M with a few phone calls?

Anyways there you have. A very measurable prediction on a well defined short term time line. Now, what pumper will come and give an alterante time line with positive predictions on BGM's future? None. Because none of evil pumpers believe in the future... paint it black is probably playing right now on the BBoS private forum... :)
