RE:Why the slip?

RE:Why the slip?I have this nasty habit of looking at individual stock prices in isolation from the larger market of which they are  just a small part. When I do that I am often left to wonder why the price of a particular stock
(that I most likely own) may be rising or falling in the absence of any apparent news ? And at that point I often tend to let my imagination run a bit wild and speculate on all sorts of possible reasons for these price movements such as : is there a rumor or news circulating that I don't know about that may be driving the price of the stock one way or the other? But if you also look at the larger market , and don't overlook  what is taking place there ,this will have at least some impact on individual stock prices, and as often is the case will provide the reasons for price movement.

On another note I used the free advertising offer for the Vv ** stock service (which is avialable to anyone) who wants to find out the value of a particular stock( one stock only) just to see what they think Lucara is worth using a  discounted cash flow analysis. They think the stock is currently worth north of $ 4.00/sh so hopefully the stock has further to run. Time will tell.

** Vv= an abbreviation
