RE:Scotia playing games

No one is playing games , just accumulation before this gets halted and is too late to get in. People can try to save a few pennies and try to get cheaper or just buy it and wait for the good news. To me this could get halted anytime and then we open up a lot higher than this price. You can either get in or take a chance of being too late.
