Bigo-Hi-Fi Bigo:
I guess 317 reads and only one more confirmation does not make any one of us feel any better.
It means that there`s a BIG uncertainty out there.
So I took the liberty of PM,email and phone people to see how they felt about it.
Counting us four I got 56 answers all together from SIO investors, friends,family,board members ,my money bag friends and one old contact.
The results left me a bit buffled,:
Twelve people think like InvestQC and me.
Seven people thinks like you.
Nineteen people thinks there`s some kind of tech mixture but not fully Hi-Fi.
Eighteen people could not care less as long as we have a foot on the door with 3DGo.
That tells again that PRs still not clear,that management does not share or explain things properly still even after they promised so many times.
We are at the biggest crossroad in SIO history.
In the last three months we launched PAN-3DGo (we still have no numbers of users or quality of usage), we signed with LG the King of 3D but only for 3DGo showing (there was no Hi-Fi mentioned, they never did ink a deal for the SIO Hi-Fi or settled for the S2D switch) and another Major settled for the S2D switch (Sony).
Lots of action,the culmination of all these years to bring Majors on board,we got the big fish but not in our terms and it`s sad to admit that the periodic little pumps from Bruce Campbell do more for the stock than all the good news from lately.

Bigo going back to the Hi-Fi you believe that SIO-LG are using the Hi-Fi because :

I believe the opposite because neither Panasonic or LG signed a SIO Hi-Fi deal.
AS a matter of fact LG has not signed any tech deal Hi-Fi or S2D switch with SIO.

Plus we have the VIZIO-SIO Hi-Fi deal.
VIZIO and Cyberlink have been paying Hi-Fi royalties for a while now, Hisense just started on a minimal basis las quarter, we don’t know about TCL.
Every Hi-Fi deal is differently stractured with different terms making it impossible to read.
So we know that Panasonic-LG never did sign this type of deal, how can they offer Hi-Fi quality ??.
There are different scenarios that I have covered myself extensively lately:
- They don`t have Hi-Fi and we are “porting” or whatever that means to both PAN-LG.
- We are “parting”, my expression of giving our technology away for nothing.
- We are part “parting” integrating both technologies from them and us.
- Or we have such a melange that who knows.
3Dgo movies are reformated to the Hi-Fi at a high cost so I can`t see them meddling around with that part of the tech.
So we have to go back with the porting of the operating system and make the changes there,and there`s where NeuLion extra activity comes from, all this IMHO.
The movies stay in the Hi-Fi since VIZIO still using them and hopefully TCL-Hisense will and many others but in these two cases PAN-LG there are changes to their operating system.
But what it bothers me is that the Hi-Fi works,it`s been proven by VIZIO and the test by Toshiba in the CES 2014 so why these two (PAN-LG) do not want it, it would be so much cheaper and worthwhile not only with the quality of the picture but the easiness of operating as Routhier has maintained, activate the Hi-Fi download the 3Dgo app and away you go,enjoy.
Or SIO was muscled out and they do have it ,or a combination of both, but the main point it`s too confusing.
At the last CC Routhier mentioned the deeper involvement of Deluxe-NeuLion and talked about quality of picture (3DGo)between Panasonic and LG saying that LG being a passive type would only require one filter to give them almost Hi-Fi quality but not Panasonic ,they are still below LG, meaning ??.
Through all this, confidentiality clauses and different terms on every deal we are always way behind.
So Bigo take your pick, according to the rules they never signed the Hi-Fi deal, but did SIO gave them the technology for nothing?, it does not look that way but who knows anymore.
LG is big and it looks that they got everything for nothing, we still don`t know if SIO paid for Panasonic porting.
If they had sign the Hi-Fi deal like I mentioned we would have $millions in the Bank and more coming,our SP would be over $1.00 ,Karam would not have sold half his investement,but it sure does not look that way.
