RE:RE:RE:RE:Why Did they Consult No One ?

RE:RE:RE:RE:Why Did they Consult No One ?I voted yes to the transaction. I was hoping that Lightstream would use the proceeds of their disposistions to put in a competing bid but with the failure of their program at Swan Hills that is not really an option anymore. The thing I am torn about is whether I should sell, take my tax loss, and see what the fallout is from the vote, or hold on. There doesn't appear to be much buying to support the share price to influence the vote. I think if the vote is YES then Aspenleaf will be able to grow production and Muira will benefit. However with it appearing as if the warrants won't be in the money anytime soon the newco will be in debt from day 1, which is troubling. If the vote is NO I have no idea what will happen. Management has basically said that the status quo is a disaster waiting to happen so where would the bottom be. If the deal went through I could always buy back in, but have no warrants. Its a tough call, at least for me.
