I was busy today but will be making calls tomorrow and will try to be a driving force in obtaining an explanation and seeing violations, if any, addressed accordingly. With these smaller pubcos there is an amplified risk that any abuses by management can get swept under the rug or ignored. I appreciate that you are pressing the issue.
Setting his trade aside, I got the sense from listening to the earnings call that this is a matter of tightening market conditions that mgmt is taking in stride based on there expectation of better quarters ahead. They haven't in my view committed enough past blunders and dishonesty for me to have reason to believe they are intentionally misleading me about the future quarters. As for te 50 percent price decline, the 10 dollar plus share price reached was the stupidity of the market and not the fault of management, so at least a portion of to 50 percent decline was a necessary correction and not a mgmt failure.
