RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Looks likeWhy the 5 years of payments?  That's simple!  It's great for the company.  If they had to pay it all now they would have to dilute the stock quite a bit.  The payments are due in several years or when they have started production.  If they have started production this is a 5 buck plus stock.  Lot easier to finance then rather then si buck!
