If so, please post asap what the outcome is - if it is no - which I am expecting, I for one will be emailing the top brass and say that in light of this vote it is apparent that the majority have lost confidence in their ability to run this company (and the only running we've seen lately is into the ground) and they should resign and give the company a chance to find credibility with some new management.
Can a motion be put forward at this meeting requiring them to resign? - I'd send my proxy in straight away.
