Wabbit thinks other people should file a complaint with OSCWabbit, I have a better idea. Why risk leaving it to someone else to do? You could do your own complaining to the OSC.
First, read the explanation of the OSC complaint process here:
www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/22410.htm
Then go the their online complaint form, fill it in and submit from your browser. To go to the form, click on the hotspot called "online form" at the following website:
www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/investors_questions-complaints_index.htm
In the form, you have a choice of submitting a complaint in which you agree to have your identity known to the OSC, or you can submit an anonymous tip if you are truly paranoid. If you provide your identity, they will give you feedback by e-mail. Anonymous tips probably have much less credibility with the OSC. It helps to quote the section of the Securities Act that you feel has been violated. You should also be prepared to say what action you want the OSC to take. Be professional about it. The complaint process is not there to let you vent so you can feel better.
