Rights Trading Sept 5th?

Rights Trading Sept 5th?Ekim,

Any thoughts/experience on value (increase/decrease) of the rights once they begin trading on Sept 5th. Also, why do they trade Sept 5th when no one owns them until record date of Sept 9th ??
(per news release today). That leaves 4 days for ?...............Shenanigans?? or for the big boys for a little arbitrage?
