Tony, I know you have done the work......

Tony, I know you have done the work......Can you please post how SGC mgmt stands to benefit if a share price of say......40 or 50 cents ever did present itself (ie - value of their options)?  The talk of lack of insider ownership is not a new one to this company and dont get me wrong......is a VALID gripe, but to suggest there is no upside for  these guys if this company is sold isnt completely factual.  If you have that breakdown handy, I would love to see it again so we could weigh it vs collecting salaries.

In terms of the negative sentiment and Grandich specifically turning negative - who cares is my opinion.  I have followed Grandich quite closely for several years and for anyone to suggest that his advice was one which was easy to profit off is an utter lie.  He hasnt been right about anything for a long while so why should I expect anything different with his sudden negativity toward SGC?  I would say there is an equal chance its a contrarian indicator to buy.  He can bash Hopley all he wants and praise his pal Morabito, but I encourage all of you to put the chart of MIN beside SGC and tell me what you see going back a few years.  If you took the symbols off the top its not all that easy to tell them apart.  Its called a bear market.  Its taken its toll everywhere - on share prices, on investors wallets, on the reputations of management teams and even on guys like Grandich who skip town for greener pasture cause most of their reputational capital is spent.

We are left in an extremely undervalued position but I think our asset is attractive enough that it will go into production at some point.  My best guess is an eventual takeover but in the meantime, SGC plods forward towards phase 1 production.  This can't reduce value can it?  Don't forget though, Hopley and Davis CANT prevent a takeover.  Even if the last so called "bid" was rejected without advising shareholders, if that group wanted SGC bad enough after hitting a dead end with mgmt, it would come back directly to the shareholders via a hostile bid.  Then mgmt would have to deal with the other side of the coin - not having much for voting rights as they dont own much stock.  Maybe I'm wrong in my assessment but I AM NOT selling my stock for 20 cents.  Frankly, I dont think Grandich will either......
