RE:After Rubiales field, What is Next ?

RE:After Rubiales field, What is Next ?Buying more reserves and production is OK, but I'm more interested in

[1]Alfa's share purchasing of PRE stock in light of Mexico's upcoming loosening of restrictions on outside investment..... PRE could be the perfect vehicle for big-bucks Alfa to get into the oil production business without dealing with Mexico's available domestic (also-ran) talent.

[2]Development in currently-owned assets outside Columbia -- I'm looking at Peru and especially off-shore Brazil (35% of Karoon's recent two discoveries) and the fact that PRE has the option to operate the Brazil assets once on production.  Karoon is an explorer only, buys in to high risk-high reward exp. opps and then sells off majority portions to harvest.

[3]Maybe I'm behind, but the last I read, my gut-feel said PRE still has the inside track on staying in the Rubiales.

I'm not discounting more acqusitions, but hope to see development of the above opportunities.
