HIGHBANK RECEIVES AMENDED

MINES ACT PERMIT ON ITS SWAMP POINT NORTH AGGREGATE PROJECT

ancouver, B.C. – September 4, 2014 –

Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: HBK), (the "Company"). Further to our news release dated March 26, 2014, Highbank is pleased to announce receipt of our Mines Act Permit which authorizes sand and gravel (aggregate) extraction activities as detailed in the Notice of Work and Reclamation Program ("NoW") dated October 31, 2013.

Victor Bryant, President and CEO, of Highbank Resources Ltd. comments, "We are very pleased that we have reached a further milestone in the development of the Swamp Point aggregate project. This marks satisfactory completion and amendments of certain permit conditions described in the original issued

 

Mines Act Permit dated March 19, 2014".

Victor Bryant further comments, "Piling work for support of the load-out conveyor and barging is scheduled to commence mid-September, followed by the conveyor installation. Concurrently with this work the crushing, screening and wash plants will be installed and the first gravel shipment prepared for loading".

The next major milestone will mark a turning point in the development of Highbank Resources Ltd. from an exploration/development company to a significant aggregate producer poised to feed the growth that is, and will take place in the Pacific Northwest over the next coming years.

The Company has been requested and accepted, to present Highbank Resources Ltd.-Swamp Point (North) aggregate project at this event to be held at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre –Macleod Hall on September 16

 

th to 18th, 2014. The event similar to that which the Company participated in June in Vancouver will bring key stakeholder groups together comprising –Terminal & Pipeline Developers, Regulators, Buyers and First Nations. Industry and other leaders attending include: Byng Giraud, V.P. of Corporation Affairs at Woodfibre LNG; Director General, Business Strategy Dept., Oil & Gas Upstream Business Unit – JOGMEC; Chief Councillor, Haisla First Nation; Joint Secretary, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, Bangladesh; General Manager, INPEX; Managing Director, North West Power Generation Company; Deputy Director, CNPC; to name a few.
