Asking for one month extension means they are going to re-write the agreement or got cold feet and look for a way out.

They will not say no but delay, delay, delay.

If POP wants to sue, try to win in a Korean Court against a Korean Government company.

With no news until October 7 the stock will start to slide.

Also, did you notice all the posters promoting the stock are gone since the halt?

Anyway, just my opinion.
