RE:RE:RE:President Atambayev's intervew He comes on here trying to rub our noses in a load of pontificating Horse S---t about how we dont deserve to have the license because of what the last guy did , as You said JJ 40 the mine was doing nothing for years because the chinese outfit who held the mining license did nothing with it just left it sit there while all the time it could have been put back in to operation to provise jobs and income for the government but we know now why it is closed down because the chinese do not want it open or if it is to be put back into operation  it will be they who will operate it ,that is their hope well if they do want it they will have to buy it for $5 a share .
