Look Past the Trees Into the Forest

Look Past the Trees Into the ForestThanks Gamble for the post of email from David. Very exciting to read.

Firstly, I don’t expect any major developments from the AGM except for a brief of what has been transpired so far.
So when I saw the recent buying, I at first read it as possibly it could be a major shareholder who was trying to entrench his share base power (or even a manipulator).

Then, when it was posted that the buyer was also disposing at the same time other REE stocks, I then concluded that it’s just an investor who knows something or reads the fundamental coming potential of Stans.

Chininvest, I believe you are misreading when you say that it’s the arb collection and the JV is just icing because of the following :

1.  I don’t believe they will collect but instead they will have an agreement to the mine due to the recent development –

They recently allocated $6 Million to pay the party for the hotel only because the caveat or whatever on their Centerra shares were denying them the dividends of $3 Million per quarter.

That’s just for an $8 Million award. So what do you think they know will happen with a $118 Million award? So they will settle an agreement in the end.

Hence a filing to collect via Centerra will also move the share but in the long run will be seen as a minor contributor in oppose to the Russian factor that will unfold.

2. However, I believe the Russian factor has now become a gamechanger and instead the Kyrg mine (or it’s arb award) will end up being just the icing on the cake.

So who are the sellers ? If everyone thinks there’s great value coming why are there sellers ?

That’s easy :

There are always short term traders who will/can’t hold for long term periods of years who have bought at 0.05 ,0.10, 0.15 and thus are very happy with the 70% or more gains they have made (which on trading terms is a great return) (people who don’t believe or don’t care about the fundamentals and potential of the stock) .

Furthermore they have seen the SP go to 0.26 and come back to 0.14 so are concerned that it may just do that again. So they are the sellers.

Cheers
Simon
