Debenture holders screwed themselves. First, the price will continue to drift down. Second, the first series debenture holders have to think about what they will do with all the shares when they get paid with stock at market when the first series comes due......IF the bank doesn't cut the line of credit too deeply forcing ARN into real trouble.
