SP and Rights Price The Same

SP and Rights Price The Same
Hi,

New to the board, been a holder for a year now. Sad to see where this has gone, still 'cautiously' optimistic for the future.

I was planning to excercise my rights next week, and then the warrants some time later. However seeing the SP at .21cents today, and wondering if it could drop even lower next week, I'm thinking of not excercising the rights and picking up the same volume as I would have through rights and warrants through share purchase next week, if it's at a lower price than .21cents.

Wouldn't that make more sense?

I guess the only upside to using the Rights at this time would be I could wait 6 months to use the Warrants to see if it is even worth it. If in 5 months this is .15cents, then obviously no Warrants and save myself the hassle of picking up more shares.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
