I think it all comes down to sentiment.  Investors have so many better places to put their investment dollars rather than support a management and board that supports the Aspenleaf bid which was so soundly rejected and then gives themselves retention bonuses because they are worried about that the "great" management team will walk out the door - we can only hope.

I am not a holder but am a watcher and I have to admit their is little to get excited about and with management this weak they are unlikely to turn sentiment around.  The only place to look is to the debs because then at least you'll end up getting your interest payment and if they don't refinance you'll own a bigger piece of equity upon conversion.

Sickening situation for those who have held this a long time because the asset is likely many times better than management - and this is all about management and this group will never overcome the bad taste they've left in the mouth of the market.  Nothing personal they are just that bad.
