they did seem to indicate last time that there was alot of interest in the p/p and we did secure one fund in it and i figure there were some on the sidelines chomping at the bit to get in...and yes i know it could mean some more dilution but it as well adds even more credibility..jmo

I'm not too sure why you are expecting a several million increase in the private placement....other than the original $6 million?

But it could be possible that the $14 million finanincg funds could come with the placement funds. That would be a nice positive development.
