just allow me to correct you a bit.

At the current price of C$0.25, the market cap is US$195 million  (1USD=1.11 CAD).

The Net Debt (as of Q2 2014) was US$73 million.

So the EV is US$122 million at C$0.25 per share.


This translates into: EV/ 2014 EBITDA at less than 1 times.
