Cleartronic, Inc. (CLRI) – A Leading Provider of Unified Gro Cleartronic, Inc. (CLRI) – A Leading Provider of Unified Group Communication Offerings
In the milieu of today’s ever-changing world, Cleartronic pinpoints the problems resulting from change and monetizes solutions with technology. How does it do that? The company creates and acquires operating subsidiaries that design, build and sell products, services and integrated systems to business enterprises and government agencies.
Offerings
Cleartronic is exploiting the changes that the globalization of business and governmental operations are creating to pursue newly-created business opportunities. Cleartronic develops, manufactures, sells, and installs unified group communication solutions through its subsidiary, VoiceInterop, while, at the same time, offering maintenance and support contract services. The company also provides hardware and custom-made software for public and private enterprises. The WAVE software, which enables and manages group communications over the Internet protocol (IP) network that links people and devices, is one prime example of Cleartronic’s offerings.
Developments
At any one time, Cleartronic is developing and acquiring new technologies, pursuing opportunities in machine-to-machine, smart grid, and cloud communications, and/or leveraging core competencies in unified communications that are already being exploited commercially.
To expand its footprint in the consumer and enterprise-wide markets, Cleartronic is developing new product and service applications, including an application service provider solution for voice interoperability under the VoiceInterop brand.
In addition, Cleartronic is developing an AudioMate 360 designed to provide an IP gateway to users of unified group communications. Earlier this year, Cleartronic initiated talks with Collabria, a communication software company, to expand the capabilities of its AudioMate line of IP gateways. Collabria had been using Cleartronic’s AudioMate line as the exclusive gateway for its ReadyOP communication software solution.
The Cleartronic-Collabria partnership should bring synergies to both companies’ product lines and operations. For years, Collabria has used Cleartronic’s AudioMate AM360R in its client installations that include connections with two-way radio systems and to enable secure two-way communications between smartphones, laptops and radio talk groups. Working together, Cleartronic’s and Collabria’s engineering teams intend to make improvements in the AudioMate hardware line to extend interoperability to other devices and systems and to provide the additional functionality needed by Collabria’s ReadyOP communications software.
