The Canadian Television Broadcasting segment operates the Family broadcast channels in Canada.

When I contacted Questrade they mentioned that these sort of corporate changes typically take 6-12 business days. From my understanding it's on the end of your brokerage to complete it by stating whether you are a Canadian resident or not.

If you're worried about it or want to push it along, consider giving CIBC a call or using live help. For Questrade there was also a method of taking a "corporate action" but you need to CUSIP number. I presume you may have that option available too.
