oversold?

oversold?Just looking at this stock, and based on their assets I'm having trouble seeing why this has been sold off so hard. Is the debt not manageable? Are the proven oil and gas assets not high quality? If they are, why havent they been approached by a bigger fish to buy them?
Any insight would be appreciated.
