RE:Goldman cuts WTI, Brent forecast by $15 for 2015Goldman could very well be correct on this call but I'd bet everything they'd built up their short positions on WTI and lots of oil producers before they made that call. They're the worst market manipulators I've ever witnessed. It should be illegal for these guys who can move markets with their calls to have a position in what they're making their call on.
