MARKETSLook at this spec market if you can even call it a market anymore , I know that Isign has been slow in deploying , 75% of money has left I dont care if its a resource or tech people refuse to put their money into unprofitable companies , until Isign becomes profitable with growing revenues then this is what we will keep seeing with the share price and investment interest.
