very impressive and i agree with your due diligence.  A question or concern i had was after Tom who will run Glentel.  They have been family run for more than 40 years and Toms not getting any younger.  Alan is pretty much done in any daily operations,  I say 3 to 4 years left before there needs to be a successor.  Alan son heads TCG  and imo doesnt want the position and Carey would be way over his head.  At this time they have no plan but hopefully my question gets  them thinking  . At this present time GLN will be coming out with a great Q3.  Thanks for sharing your research and glta
