RE:TD downgrades HCG
The real story,Home miss estimates 1 penny ,interest margin was higher and originators were good.The issue is the co. did not sale the same ammount of mortgages therefore the securitization was cut in half ,all this is not related to the fundamentals and is not considered a big issue,we back where we were 2 weecks ago,the improve divi will get investor back once the one penny shock wears off.
