RE:AGM....A must to attend

RE:AGM....A must to attendI am unable to travel to Alberta for the AGM due to a commitment in another province.  Could have made the original date but when it was moved I was unable to change my plans.

I have voted online and voted against the resolution to allow future meetings of shareholders to be held in other locations outside Alberta and also voted to withhold all nominees for the BOD.  For those who are able to attend, hopefully others will also vote and speak in such a way as to demand more accountability from the BOD and perhaps nominate alternate directors who will hold the Zaio executive accountable, up to and including replacing the CEO and CFO.

For this organization to be still talking "pro-forma" revenue and not distributing financials to shareholders in advance of the meeting is shameful.  I recall promises were made by a certain executive about resigning if no revenue was forthcoming by now.  It is time for accountability.
