got pretty close to the $140m in cash flow Buchanan marketed the combination on --- or did that have something to do with change of control check he cashed at the Charger ATM?

Plenty of oily asset transactions the past 3 years at healthy valuations; why are these guys just starting to consider core asset sales today?

Glad they highlighted starving Dixonville of capital and still get a flat production profile...how did that work out?

Ever wonder why these guys have 200 employees and Peyto have appox 30?

Viking well results show they are not going to create any value developing these properties

Liquidation and firings could translate into some value here -- at the very least gives equity investors a better chance at recouping some losses
