RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:tumbleweed citythis is what JV's are all about.  Another company (XMET) pays to the landowner (MEK) cash and shares for a share of the property.  If there is something there, the other companies shares (XMET) increase tremendously in value, a win-win for everyone, and MEK still has a 35%-50% stake in the property with all expenses paid by someone else.  BUT, if they drill dirt, MEK has not had to spend any cash to find this out.  Sometimes it is better to share the pie.

also, i dont think MEK has to make a decision on any Alibaba property, I read it as they have to make a decision on the land staked to the north of the "all channel responce".  this is not Alibaba property
