RE:Valiant may be coming back to life as a health care vehicle"Land of the living....".  Probably best to study the structure of this one from the get-go. Not saying this one will turn out to be a bad deal, but a suggestion would be to wait and see who is pitching the deal. More later....of that you can be certain.
