Well as speculative as this financing is...Im a seller in this environment. I still hold a core position, but trade a seperate account for such events. Sure, something behind the scenes is going on, but we may not hear anything definitive for months, so I trade accordingly. 

I think this financing puts a stop on thoughts of a buy-out before spring imho. I was actually thinking it was coming sooner, rather than later. Not now. But gltal.
