I would like to point out that according to the Yahoo finance site, there are currently 15 Analysts that follow LRE and not a single one of them has a sell rating on the stock. At the end of the day, LRE's future will depend on where the price of Oil and Natural Gas go. I personally believe Natural gas will see $6.00 this winter. I then see LRE locking in long term contracts on a good chunk of production, which will more than sustain the dividend.
