Woulfe most definitely followed the market.  There was no particular change in circumstances OR news for Woulfe during that period, and the price went down on virtually nothing.  Even TRYING to accumulate shares I managed to add fairly little at the prices I wanted . . . Unless some other poor retail trader dumped his shares I almost never got a fill at my bid . . . Unless it was very near the ask.  I still have my "lowest ever" order sitting in my queue as a partial execution (still waiting to execute the last 9000 shares) and I really don't expect it to finish  . . . ever.

So yes, we did get hit by the market downturn, but that doesn't mean neccessarily that we'll recover unless and until management can demonstrate progress both with the assay and excavation plans and with the business contract with IMC.
