The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:lucky to find a buyer todayYea i'm lucky i'm young and dont really need the money right now. Probably just going to buy a couple thousand shares every time i think its hit a new low and see if i can eventually leverage something close to even if we get back around .3

Shiitty they cant seem to pull a bit of an act together here. The company is worth something for sure though and theres no way they are going under so i have fingers crossed on a buyer somewhere in 2015. Kinda sick and tired of this management though
