Buzzgrove wrote: Deadcow, bless you too but here is the rub.  Value Digger is a blogger and I place as much faith in his recommendations as I would in any 16-year old with WordPress and a lot of spare time on his hands.  Frank Guistra may be kicking the tires for whatever reason but he doesn't own a 10% or greater share either. Neither of these points are germaine to an investment decision.

I have watched the company pateintly, defended management and given the benefit of the doubt.  Yet, as the days wear on, the evidence suggests that this is not a Management team interested in maximizing shareholder value. It is a Management team positioning its assets for a quick sale. Quick sales don't occur at peak prices.  And one should always be wary of Management with one foot out of the door.

I never exit a stock for less than a 30% gain. But I am seriously considering beating a hasty retreat in the next upswing unless there is an exceptionally great reason for this latest delay.

Took me a while to find this.  Always stuck in the back of my mind and I think the entire thread is worth re-reading.  I think Buzzgrove nailed the problem.
