RE:Wade called it break even at $45. pretty sure $45 is based on 100% of oil making it to port. When line loss is factored in, because there is an associated cost that is not recovered the number is higher. If he was not specifically asked if his cost included taxes ect then it probably doesn't.  There are other costs such as interest that may also be outside his breakeven number.  If the right questions are not asked you usually don't get the full answer because the definition of "all in costs" is not universal.
