Guys,
I am stopping any further posts on this site. I admit that I find iroctsxv's comments humorous as he is obviously an ex-employee who is very bitter about being fired. He has resorted to silly personal insults to Arcan employyees, their spouses, children and likely their dogs who I expect could care less for this idiot's opinion. Most people who are on this site have not read the company's quarterly reports. The third quater report is actually qiute good with lower op costs and flat production on a restricted budget. The anger towards the retention program is again silly as any company in Arcan's position needs to protect their staff since the asset does not run itself. I have been out of the stock for some time and although it is entertaining to read these comments  it is a waste of time. iroctsxv and mathwhiz grow up and get a life. Byeeeeeeee!
