Financial post

Financial postThis article reiterates that the testing has probably shown good results and has been leaked. It shows that probably all of the lenders concerns have been met. or there is great confidence they will be met. Also, Farhad is seeking to top up the debt side, which is a great sign... To be honest, A smart move would be to secure 650 mil or whatever it was, but (they probably will need a bit more +50 mil) and wait until the shareprice is alot higher, then go to the market at valuations at about 1.00 or so...for example. We have to also remember that alot of money has been raised by this company much much higher than the shareprice today. What that means, is that it would take a company to not only take on the risks, but have a certain amount of money pumped in to get a project to where we are today. That has to be factored in to valuations... You can see we are extremely undervalued here and I think once financing is announced and hopefully farhad will get about 75%-maybe 80% debt because of the offtake and the potash price stabalization/rebounding, I think we could see a buck per share in the not so distant future... speculation, all I can say is that if they can do this, watch the target prices that analysts put on this stock after that happens... Just sayin. Not accounting for SOP. When that hits as well (and its very positive) its going to be fairly exciting around here... wow, the bashers would be crucified...
