I voted against the motion limiting the BOD to 5 members for reasons having to do with experiance, and I'll leave it there . .  . unfortunately I couldn't find much else to criticize about the rest of it, ulike the last year, and so voted with management, despite my distaste with regard their communication skills, or lack thereof.

Let's face it, this is a stink time to be in this industry, and as long as things MIGHT drag out, patience, it would seem, is the only course.

Or folks could toss their shares away for a couple pennies to the dime to my benefit . . . I've almost always got a lowball bid, though I'm sure to buy alittle each month, even if I have to pay the ask, or close to it.
