Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:RE:Global Maxfin Capital - Sensio repport 1 decembre 2014.
Sailor - You're right that little has changed in Garcea's updates, but I guess that's simply because little has changed. He was just updating re: the new WiLAN deal, and I guess that was all there was to say. I hope we get confirmation of the LG launch this week. From SIO's last statement it is in LG's hands for final testing. I don't think there's any reason to think that won't go smoothly.

As for the share price, the offers seem to be getting thinner. And Caisse's support at .18 tells me anything under .18 is a steal as we await LG confirmation. Hopefully with some news we can start heading back up to the mid-.20's pretty quickly.

I think the most important pieces from Garcea's piece is his revenue expectations for the second half of this fiscal year and the upcoming fiscal year. If he's anywhere close to right then once SIO starts to perform I still feel confident we get to a .50-75 trading range quickly.
