These Fort a la Corne mineral dispositions are located in the Fort a la Corne Provincial Forest, approximately 60 kilometers (km) east of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

Don't get hung up on the trading price prior to significant developments. This thing has been held tightly in this range for some time and on very low volume. It was 34 cents in late Aug. Why ? I dunno and therein lies the mystery. Nothing happening in the public domain to explain it. They took the share price from 60 cents to $1.60 to do a financing in late summer 2009 , again on nothing. Yes , in 2009,  when a junior was worse than a dog's breakfast. How did they do that ? I dunno. Look at how it moved up significantly prior to Newmont's entry into the play. Ah sweet mysteries of life they surround me ....
