Morning Star has a fair value of $3.90 and thaat is probably dirt cheap. In reality if a offer of $5.00 came in tomorrow it might be considered. I truly believe that you will never see a more undervalued company then ours. We could double in a couple of days where a major stock could never do that.

Uppers, I agree 100%. I am out though, so I have to make a very important decision. It is different than already being invested in a stock and having to rationalize where the sp could potentially head. I am thinking LRE has too much downside risk with their debt overhang, and the it is a very real possibility of them going to zero, if the oil prices stay depressed for any length of time. Then again you could "roll the dice" and potentially double or triple up on LRE. It is a tough decision.
